A Photo Booth at your Wedding Reception

On a daily basis we get calls here at NewPhotoBooth that go almost exactly like this:
"I went to a wedding last weekend and they had a photo booth.  Everyone loved it!  My daughter/son/self/friend is getting married in a few months, and we just have to have one too.  Everybody commented on what a neat idea it was to have a photo booth at the reception, we were looking at each others' photo strips and laughing it up!"
The demand for photo booths is higher than supply in many regions, and demand is growing stronger.  Having a photo booth at a wedding could become as standard as writing Just Married on the rear window of the newlyweds' car.  Try to book one at your nearest event rental specialist - their photo booths might be booked solid more than six months in advance.  Research your local market, then give us a call.  Renting a photo booth to weddings in your area can be a profitable full-time or side-business for you.

How does it work?  Does the photo booth need an attendant?  How many photos can I expect the guests to take?  Can I print out all the photos on a CD for the bride and groom?  These and any other question you have can be answered, just call or email us anytime.  Here are just a few of the answers:

You deliver the booth with your truck or trailer.  Roll it into the room being used for the reception.  Just plug it in to a standard electrical outlet.  The instructions are on-screen and can easily be followed, even by someone who has never been in a photo booth before.  At most the guests will take 50 photos per hour in the booth.  The booth prints out its photo strips faster than that, but allowing time for guests to get in and out, to make their on-screen selections, and walk away while all chatting happily means each use takes over a minute.  At a four-hour reception, you would spend a maximum of $150 on paper and ink, and should be renting out for $1000 or more.  With your fee you may want to include extras such as a CD of all the photos, or maybe make it available for an extra charge.  To get the photos from the machine, simply plug in a travel drive into the USB port, which with a special program downloads all the photos automatically.

Providing a photo booth for a wedding reception can be both enjoyable and profitable.  Add revenue to your existing business serving the needs of wedding guests, or start a new business that will spread through word of mouth (in addition to your own marketing) with each new event you book.
