Does it have wheels?

The photo booth has 4 caster wheels.  This makes it easy to transport along a smooth surface.  For transportation outside or along a uneven surface, a large dolly is needed.  Some customers have replaced the caster wheels with their own larger, hard rubber wheels.

How does film work?

The photo booth uses digital photography, so there is actually no film or processing chemicals.  There are two rolls that you put in the commercial-grade printer : one roll of paper and one scroll of ink.  This lasts 600 vends (i.e. 600 sets of double prints). 

Can I change the amount charged per use?

Absolutely.  You can set the booth to operate free (such as if you rent it out on an hourly basis) or to any amount in dollar increments. 

How much does a photo booth cost? 

The price is listed on the product page for each individual booth, but in general we suggest you budget about $10,000 in capital expense for your new photo booth business.  That covers the booth, the paper and ink, delivery, plus supplies for transporting your booth (like a trailer) and marketing materials to get your new business started. 

How much will people pay to rent a photo booth?

While rates depend on the demand and demographics of your area, the typical rate is $3-4 per vend, or $200-400 per hour. 

Can the dollar bill acceptor accept other currencies? 

The dollar bill acceptor that comes with your photo booth takes only U.S. currency.  However we can source a currency acceptor that works with your country's local currency. 

Is the photo booth easy to use? 

Very easy.  Customers follow on-screen instructions that walk them through step-by-step.  Setting the booth up is easy too, just make sure all the connections are secure, then power on your machine.  The pre-loaded software has your photo booth ready to go, with one button access to the Administration screen.
