Shipping Policies
NewPhotoBooth.com is proud to ship worldwide!
However, because a photo booth is a big machine to ship, there is a lot of information regarding shipping.
First, NewPhotoBooth.com gives every customer the OPTION of curbside or inside delivery.
What is the definition of curbside delivery?
Basically, the freight carrier will drive to your home or business, and take the photo booth out of the truck. The curbside shipping rates given include a lift gate. This kind of delivery is the cheapest way to ship a 400+ pound photo booth. You would be required to take the photo booth inside your business or home (usually with a dolly). Typically, three to four people should be at the shipping location for delivery when choosing curbside delivery.
What is the definition of inside delivery?
Inside delivery consists of our freight carrier bringing the photo booth inside your business or home. The freight carrier will place the photo booth in a location that you desire (example: In the corner of the room). The freight carrier will unpack the photo booth and dispose of the packaging. The freight carrier is not responsible assembly (most photo booths are fully assembles already). There is an additional charge of $150 for delivery going up/down any stairs.
What is the delivery time?
Typically, the delivery time is 5-7 business days after the photo booth leaves the warehouse. On average, expect 2-3 weeks for delivery from the time of order. Also, youll receive tracking numbers, so you can follow your order across the country or world. Finally, the freight company will call you a couple days before delivery to schedule a time to delivery your new photo booth.
What if my photo booth arrives damaged?
It is extremely important to document ANY damage or shortages on the delivery receipt (bill of lading). Be as specific as possible when noting punctures, scratches, or shortages. Notations such as "hole in box", "packaging torn" and "missing carton" are necessary to establish carrier responsibility.
It is normal for the carton to show some wear; however, if it is clear that MAJOR damage has occurred, refuse the delivery and CONTACT US immediately.
