NewPhotoBooth.com gives you options for delivery of your new photo booth.  We help you have as smooth an experience as possible to get your photo booth business started.

What is the definition of curbside delivery?

Basically, the freight carrier will drive to your home or business, and take the photo booth off the truck.  The curbside shipping rates given include a lift gate.  You take the photo booth inside your business or home (usually with a dolly).  Typically, at least one extra person should be available at the time of delivery.

How can I arrange delivery myself?

You can work directly with the freight carrier.  Choose a freight carrier you already know, or we will put you in touch with the carrier familiar with these exact booths.  Working with the freight carrier directly lets you know you are getting the best rate possible, and puts all the transit details at your fingertips.

What is the delivery time?

Typically, the delivery time is 5-7 business days after the photo booth leaves the warehouse.  On average, expect 2-3 weeks for delivery from the time of order.  You can follow your order with online tracking across the country or world.  The freight company will call you 1-2 days before delivery to schedule a time when you are ready to receive your new photo booth.

What if my photo booth arrives damaged?

It is extremely important to document ANY damage or shortages on the delivery receipt (bill of lading).  Be as specific as possible when noting punctures, scratches, or shortages.  Notations such as "hole in box", "packaging torn" and "missing carton" are necessary to establish carrier responsibility.  It is normal for the carton to show some wear; however, if it is clear that MAJOR damage has occurred, refuse the delivery and CONTACT US immediately.

What about delivery outside the United States?

You can get a photo booth delivered to any country in the world!  The photo booth can be outfitted to accept your local currency too.  For delivery, a freight forwarder or customs clearance agent will help you complete delivery with all customs duties and taxes.  Typically we ship to the U.S. port you prefer, where your freight forwarder can take over and deliver to your country and right to your door.
